We will be having a kyu grading during the week of December 5th thru December 9th.

Sign up sheets are located on the front desk. Students can access grading requirements on our website under the member’s only link. If you haven’t already done so, please see Sandy to receive a member’s only pass card which allows you to access the link. Jr. Black grading will be held Dec. 7th at 7:00, please see Sensei for an application.

NEW FOR THIS GRADING:

Students must complete a grading registration form and include a $25 grading fee with their registration

We will be starting our Peak of Fitness Training Program in January, 2012.

This 30 day 36 month plan will help students set goals and reward their efforts and accomplishments when they achieve their goals. Students simply need to complete the days workout and have a parent sign their calendar on that date. Students who complete their monthly calendars will earn a certificate of accomplishment. Three calendars will be required for each kyu rank and 36 calendars will be required to be eligible for Jr. Black Belt.
